What is your turnaround time?
After we receive your order on our website it will take a maximum of 6 business days to put your picture together and have it packaged for shipping. We realize that in an instantaneous world this may seem like a long time, however, your picture is treated like a custom product and each of the minimum 10 stages it takes to reach completion is done by real people as hand crafted as possible. There is no middle man, we do everything in house (which is how we are able to offer you the best pricing.) We do not mass produce our products and they are made just for you as your order them.
What is your return policy?
Our business only does well if our customers are happy so customer satisfaction is a top priority at Art East. While we do our best to package and ship using the safest and strongest methods occasionally a product can be damaging during transport (luckily this happens less than 5% of the time.) If damage occurs we are happy to replace your picture (in the case of one of a kind pieces or out of stock items we will issue a refund in lieu of) please document the damage upon opening and contact us for further instruction.
Are your products "Ready to Hang"?
All products sold by Art East are 100% ready to hang. The only things you have to provide are the nail/screw and the wall!
Do you provide custom framing services?
Our business was built upon custom framing and we are proud to be able to continue to offer this service today. You can stop in to see us at 1020 Princess Avenue, London Ontario (Mon. to Thurs. 9am to 3pm)
Or please contact us to make different arrangements.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we only ship within North America.
How long have you been in business?
We have been in business since 1986! You can learn more about us here.
Are you a franchise?
We are not a franchise. We are and always have been a stand alone, unique, 100% family owned and operated business.
Are you on social media?
Absolutely! You can find us on Facebook here and Instagram here.
Can you describe what 3D or laser cut means from your product descriptions?
When we say 3D only it means there is depth added to the picture in some way. We have either used one mounted poster as a mat and recessed the cutout to create interest, or we have added items on top of a mounted poster/print.
When we say laser cut in a product description we mean that we have used our in house CO2 laser cutter to cut out aspects, slots and/or parts of a poster/print to aid in designing a unique framed piece.
